Corporate governance declaration

The corporate governance declaration in accordance with section 289f and section 315d of the Handelsgesetzbuch (HGB – German Commercial Code) is combined for PWO AG and the PWO Group and is an integral part of the combined management report. It comprises the declaration of compliance in accordance with section 161 of the Aktiengesetz (AktG – German Stock Corporation Act), dis-closures on corporate governance practices extending beyond statutory requirements, a description of the working methods of the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board and information on the members and composition of the Supervisory Board.
