Declaration of compliance in accordance with section 161 AktG

Each year, the management board and the supervisory board of a listed stock corporation must issue a declaration on whether they comply and have complied with the recommendations of the Government Commission on the German Corporate Governance Code published by the German Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection in the official section of the Federal Gazette, or which recommendations are not or were not applied and why. The declaration must be accessible to shareholders at all times.
