Designing solutions, enabling innovations – we rely on the Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT) for maximum customer benefits. The PWO IIOT platform links the physical production networks such as machines, sensors and control systems with IT networks for data processing and data exchange. Best practice applications and use cases on this platform collect, share and scale application knowledge inside the PWO Group.
This integrated infrastructure reduces the time to market for new customer solutions. We create these in integrated teams of experts from development, toolmaking and production. Supported by our IIOT experts, all development steps are carried out digitally and continuously optimized – from design, through feasibility and risk analyses to the best possible integration and manufacturing concept in the predefined process and machine landscape of our respective sites. The real-time collection and analysis of the data on the production processes during the series’ lifetime ensures continuous improvement of manufacturing procedures and provides important feedback for developing the next generation of customer solutions.
