Jochen Lischer

Jochen Lischer, born on November 19, 1970, has been a member of the PWO AG Executive Board since July 1, 2023 and as CFO is responsible for Finance and Controlling, ESG, Investor Relations, Procurement, IT, Legal and Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit and Corporate Governance.

He studied and graduated as Diplom-Kaufmann in business administration at the University of Mannheim with a focus on “auditing and trusts” and “business taxation”.

Jochen Lischer has more than 20 years of experience in the mobility industry. During this time, he held various management positions in controlling, accounting, and corporate and business planning. He has extensive expertise in financing, reorganization and restructuring to optimize business processes and increase efficiency and in post-merger integration and change management.

His leadership and management experience includes both international listed industrial companies and family-owned companies with a global focus.
